The Annual Meeting of the Tanana Valley State Fair Association will be held in the Agricultural Museum on the Fairgrounds. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m.; registration begins at 6 p.m. At the meeting the financial report and a recap of the 2009 Fair will be given. A brief but exciting description of plans for 2010 will be shared. Information on volunteer oppertunities will be available. Three Board members will be elected.
To vote at the Annual Meeting, your membership application and dues have to be received by the close of business one week prior to the Annual Meeting.
