Individuals, groups, or businesses interested in applying for Nonprofit booth space at the Tanana Valley State Fair should review Lessee Rules and Regulations before filling out the Lease Agreement Application and Rules and Regulations Checklist.  Interested parties need to fill out Page 1 and Page 2 of the Lease Agreement Application, the Rules and Regulations Checklist, and the Payment Distribution Receipt, available at the links below.  Maps of booth spaces also are available.  The Borealis Pavilion is "indoor" space; all other maps represent "outdoor" space.  Payment in full for booth space is required at the time the Lease Agreement Application is submitted.  Nonprofit groups must include their Nonprofit Tax ID number.  Contact Lynne Hutchison, Concessions Manager, at 907.451.5540, e-mail to lynne@tananavalleyfair.org, or drop by the Fair Office, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM for additional information.
