| Entering Livestock
To enter livestock, the exhibitor must first have a Fair ID number, issued by the Fair Office The exhibitor needs to report to the Largen Barn, without the animals, on Livestock/ Equine Registration day, with a clear idea of which animals are being entered. There are plenty of experts available to talk to during the entry day if the exhibitor is unsure or has livestock related questions. . Simply fill out the livestock exhibit form at the appropriate species table and understand the guidelines and ethics policies set forth by the TVSFA regarding animal care. Season passes and Livestock/Equine parking passes will be available to purchase in the Largen Barn at this time
Entering Horses
To enter horses, the exhibitor must first have a Fair ID number, issued by the Fair Office. Please refer to Livestock Entry Rules. The exhibitor needs to report to the Largen Barn, without the animals, on Livestock/ Equine Registration day, with a clear idea of which animals are being entered. There are plenty of experts available to talk to during the entry day if the exhibitor is unsure or has equine related questions. Simply fill out the equine exhibit form at the appropriate table and understand the guidelines and ethics policies set forth by the TVSFA regarding animal care. Season passes and Livestock/Equine parking passes will be available to purchase in the Largen Barn at this time.
All exhibitors wishing to reserve stalls must have the following items turned into the Stall Manager on Livestock/Equine Registration day. You may also turn these items into the Fair Office prior to that day.
1. Stall Cards (one needed for each animal entered)
2. Copy of negative EIA (Coggins test). This will not be returned. The test must have been done within the current year.
3. A $20 deposit check per stall (no cash).

31st Annual 4-H & FFA Market Livestock Project Auction
Animals entered in Market Livestock classes will be offered for sale at a public auction on Friday August 13, 2010, starting at 6 pm. Sale order of livestock in the auction will be based on the order of placing in the market class, starting with Grand Champion and descending.
All market livestock will be sold to the highest bidder.
