Competitive Exhibits Entry and Payout Information

To enter exhibits at the Tanana Valley State Fair:
It is recommended that Fair I.D. numbers and exhibit tags be prepared prior to the entry day in order to expedite the entry process and prevent congestion.

New exhibitors may obtain a Fair I.D. Number at the Summer Fair Office or by emailing ozzie@tananavalleyfair.org.
Returning exhibitors may call email ozzie@tananavalleyfair.org or (907) 452-3750 to obtain there Fair ID number and verify contact information.

The summer office has exhibit guides, informational handouts, and exhibit tags, available.

Entry Days 2008
Non-perishable, livestock, and equine
Saturday, July 26, 2008 1-6pm

Junior Perishables and Cake Decorating entries:
Thursday, July 31, 2008 1-6pm

Adult Perishable Entry
Junior Perishable Pickup
Tuesday, August 5, 2008 1 - 6pm

Pay out:

Sunday, August 10, 2008.
Every winning exhibitor may pick up award premiums at the Summer Fair Office from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Exhibit Pick Up Day
All exhibits must be picked up by Sunday, August 10, 2008.
