Tanana Valley State Fair Association

Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting was held on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at 6:30 PM. Registration began at 6:00 PM. The meeting was located in the Agricultural Museum on the Fairgrounds.

At the meeting:
The financial report and recap of the fair for 2009 was given.

A brief but exciting description of plans for 2010 was shared.

Information on volunteer opportunities were available.

Three board members were elected.


 

To Vote at the Meeting

In order to vote at the annual meeting, your membership application and dues have to be received by the close of business one week prior to the annual meeting.

Membership dues are $25.00.

To Run for the Board of Directors

To run for a seat on the Fair Board, your dues must be paid, you must live with 150 miles of the Tanana Valley State Fairgrounds, and a letter of intent with a brief bio must have been given to the General Manager by the close of business one month prior to the annual meeting . For more information on becoming a Board Member, contact Randi at 452.3750 or randi@tananavalleyfair.org.

 

Fair Office Information

The Fair Office is located in Lower Totem Community Center on the Fairgrounds. We are open Monday through Frisday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
